• External dimensions: JIS B1554(2005)/ISO 2982
• Screw thread tolerances: JIS B0209(2001)/ISO 965 6H
• Please consult with us on the availability of the thin type of HLB Hardlock Bearing Nuts in sizes M105 and larger.
• Be advised that the dimensions and other specifications are subject to change without notice.

Notes for the thin type of HLB

• Install the convex nut first.
• Do not tighten with a screwdriver or a chisel.
• Refrain from use where it will be subjected to heavy loads.
• Stop using immediately if there is a crack.
The nut will not deform or break due to rotary or other stress, but cracks or breakage may appear under repeated loads. For conditions with repeated loads, refrain from use or switch to the standard type.
Take care when tightening or loosening the convex nut because dimension B is very thin.
