Today we discovered the presence of an error within our website’s Inquiry Form dating back to the 8th January.
As a consequence of this issue our websites inquiry form features have not been functioning correctly for customers located outside of Japan. However please be assured, This error was investigated and has been resolved.
To any customers who have made inquiries from our site and not yet received an e-mail confirmation, we ask that you please make the same inquiry again through our Website or use the email address below.
Any inquiries sent through our inquiry form service through the time period 8th to 27th January have been disrupted, meaning they have not been received by our Inquiry Response Team.
